The John and Dorothy Almkov House and Casa de Ninos house are level 12, intensive treatment, residential group home programs for boys aged 8 - 18. Most of these youngsters have suffered horrendous abuse or neglect. In this program we provide 24-hour awake supervision for 18 boys in need of this high level of care. Experienced clinical staff supported by trained and caring childcare workers provides treatment services. The goal of the program is to stabilize children so that they may either be reunited with their birth family or be placed into adoptions or a foster home.
